HOA Application Fee is $150 per adult 18 years + unless married. ( all occupants living in the unit must be registered). This fee includes the background check. Occupant must have a credit score of 700+, and no felony convictions, bankruptcy, or evictions. Required Deposits for HOA: $500 refundable security deposit for the common area. A $250 refundable deposit is required for a move-in reservation to ensure the deduction of any unprecedented damages. There is a move-in orientation with the association to obtain a certificate of Approval. The process of approval is between 15 to 30 Days. ***All pets must be registered with the association. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. Pets may not exceed 15 pounds
