The screened in patio has a gas grill which comes in handy if you’re in the mood for a bbq. Located just steps from the beach and the community pool. The Island has several restaurants, a community center gym, classes on the Village Green daily, biking trails as well as walking trails both around the Island and in the State Parks. There is also a community shuttle which can take you any where you’d like to go on the island or maybe you prefer to rent a golf cart
