This is a private offshore Island. According to the survey, in total the island has around 22 acres (89,030 M2) distributed in two parcels, one with 3.07 (12,423M2) Acres of dry land, and 19 acres (76,890M2) of humid or semi-submerged land with 10cms of water with high tide and dry land with low tide. This humid land allows for beautiful and wide beaches around the Island like those of the Maldives.
